Eligibility Criteria
✅ For Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
-
Graduate in Agriculture / Agribusiness Management / Agriculture Marketing / BBA or equivalent
-
Local candidates with 10+2 & Diploma in Agriculture/Agribusiness may also apply

Preference for SHG members or their family members
-
Minimum 1 year experience in agriculture/rural development/farmer organizations

Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
✅ For Accountant

10+2 with Mathematics or Commerce/Accountancy background

Knowledge of Tally or equivalent accounting software

Preference for SHG members or their family members

Minimum 1 year experience as an accountant

Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive consolidated monthly remuneration:

CEO: Up to ₹25,000 per month (inclusive of all allowances)

Accountant: Up to ₹10,000 per month (inclusive of all allowances)
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted out of 100 Marks as follows:

Career Marks: 40% (40 Marks)

Experience (2 Years): 10% (10 Marks)

Written Test: 30% (30 Marks)

Viva/Interview: 20% (20 Marks)
Candidates must qualify in all stages to secure final selection.
