- B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an INC/State Nursing Council recognized institute
OR - Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council

- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institute
