Nationality
Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01 January 1962, or
- A person of Indian origin from specified countries with Government of India eligibility certificate.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
- The university must be approved by UGC / AICTE / Government authorities.
- Only Diploma courses are not eligible.
