Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have any one of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture, or
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Botany
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Microbiology
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Environmental Science
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geography
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in GIS and Remote Sensing
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geoinformatics
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry
Desirable Qualification
Experience in the following areas will be desirable:
- Soil, plant and water analysis in laboratory and field experiments
- Preparation of scientific/technical reports or papers
- GIS mapping
- Remote sensing
The selected candidate will work on project activities including field implementation, data collection, data analysis, presentation, documentation and other official work.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 Years
- Age will be calculated as on the date of interview.
- Age relaxation for SC, ST and OBC candidates will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
Application Fee
The official notification does not mention any application fee for attending the Walk-in-Interview.
Salary / Pay Scale
The selected Project Assistant will receive:
₹20,000/- per month + HRA
An increment of 15% for 3 years of experience is provided, subject to the maximum ceiling of four such revisions, i.e. up to 12 years of experience.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through a Walk-in-Interview.
