Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: The candidate must be between 21 and 45 as of January 1, 2024.
- Character & Health: The candidate must be of good character and sound health, free from any physical deformities.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in Odia (speaking, reading, and writing) and must have passed an examination in Odia equivalent to middle school standard.
- Other Conditions: Candidates must not have more than one living spouse.
