DDA Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as per post)
- Junior Engineer, Patwari, MTS, JSA: 18–27 years
- Naib Tehsildar: 21–30 years
- Deputy Director: Up to 40 years
- Assistant Executive Engineer: 21–30 years
- Surveyor, Mali: 18–25 years
(Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms.)
Educational Qualifications
- Architectural Assistant: Degree in Architecture
- Legal Assistant: LLB with 3 years of experience
- Planning Assistant: Degree in Planning / Architecture
- Programmer: MCA / B.Tech in CS / CE / ECE + 1 year experience
- Surveyor: Diploma/ITI in Surveying with 2 years’ experience
- Naib Tehsildar: Graduation with minimum 50% marks
- Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical): Diploma in Engineering
- Deputy Director / Assistant Director: Relevant degree or PG with experience
- Patwari / Assistant Security Officer: Graduate in any discipline
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: 12th Pass with typing speed (35 wpm English / 30 wpm Hindi)
- Stenographer Grade D: 12th Pass with shorthand & typing proficiency
- Mali / MTS: 10th Pass
Selection Process
- Stage I: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Stage II: Interview / Skill Test (where applicable)
- Final Merit: Based on marks obtained in CBT + Interview
