Application Process:

Eligible candidates must send their signed application, self-attested certificate copies with all supporting documents, and two recent passport-size colour photographs via Registered Post/Speed Post. The application should be addressed to:

Interview Process:

The walk-in interview will be on 24.10.2024 at 10:30 AM. Candidates must bring their original certificates (including photocopies) for verification during the interview. Please note that no TA/DA (Traveling Allowance) will be provided to attend the interview. The District Welfare Office reserves the right to cancel or modify the advertisement, interview, and applications without any prior notice.

Eligibility Criteria:

PGT (Zoology): Post-graduation in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks and B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification.
Preference: Retired teachers and candidates with teaching experience will be given preference.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for guest teachers at the engagement time is 62 years. Retired teachers will be disengaged upon reaching the age of 65 years.

Honorarium:

Elementary Level: Rs. 300/- per class, with a maximum of Rs. 12,000/- per month.
Secondary & Higher Secondary Level: Rs. 400/- per class, with a maximum of Rs. 16,000/- per month.

Selection Criteria:

Career Weightage (50 Marks):

1st division = 50 marks
2nd division = 30 marks

Teaching Experience (30 Marks):

1 year = 10 marks, 2 years = 20 marks, 3+ years = 30 marks

Interview (20 Marks)

Total: 100 marks.
Candidates with higher qualifications in teaching will be preferred in case of a tie in marks.

Documents to Attach with Application:

Copies of academic certificates.
Copy of caste certificate (if applicable).
Recent residential certificate issued by the competent authority.
Valid employment registration card.
Two recent passport-size photographs (self-attested).
Two self-addressed stamped envelopes.
