Post Names and Vacancies:

Application Fee

Monthly Remuneration:
- Office Attendant: Rs. 14,000/- per month
- Counsellor: Financial Literacy Counsellor: Rs. 18,000/- per month
Both positions are offered on a contractual basis for 3 years, with the possibility of renewal based on the bank’s policies. The Bank of India reserves the right to make the final decision regarding contract renewal.
Eligibility Criteria for Office Attendant (RSETI Baripada):
- Minimum Qualification: Matriculate pass
- Must be able to read and write the local language
- Age: 18 to 63 years (as of 01.06.2024)
Eligibility Criteria for Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLC Baripada):
- Retired Bank Officers with age not exceeding 64 years (as of 01.09.2024)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate from a UGC-recognized university
- Experience: Must have served as an officer in Scale II or III and above
