Are you tired of spending hours trying to align logos and text boxes for your college assignment? The first impression of your project starts with the front page. Whether it’s for a B.Ed practicum, a science report, or a final year dissertation, a professional cover page sets the tone for your hard work.

To help you save time, I have designed a completely editable Word file (.docx) that you can download for free. Just fill in your details, and you’re ready to print!

Why Use This Template?

Creating a front page from scratch can be frustrating—margins get messed up, and fonts don’t always look right. This template is built to be:

  • Fully Customizable: Change the college name, logo, subject, and session easily.
  • Professional Layout: Includes dedicated spaces for the “Submitted By” and “Submitted To” sections.
  • Standard Formatting: Uses clean, academic-grade fonts and standard 1-inch margins.
  • Print-Ready: Perfectly sized for A4 paper.

What’s Included in the Word File?

The template follows the standard academic structure required by most universities and schools:

  1. College/University Name: Top center in bold, prominent lettering.
  2. Institutional Logo: A placeholder where you can right-click and “Change Picture” to add your own logo.
  3. Project Title: A clear area to mention your specific topic or assignment name.
  4. Student Details: Name, Roll Number, Registration Number, and Semester.
  5. Supervisor Details: Space for your Professor’s or Guide’s name and designation.
  6. Academic Session: (e.g., 2025–2026).

How to Download and Edit

  1. Download: Click the link below to save the .docx file to your computer or mobile.
  2. Open in Word: Use Microsoft Word or Google Docs to open the file.
  3. Replace Text: Click on the bracketed text (e.g., [Your Name]) and type your information.
  4. Add Logo: Delete the placeholder image and insert your college logo.
  5. Save as PDF: Once you are finished editing, go to File > Save As and select PDF for the best printing results.
