🎓 Educational Qualification
- MT (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering (minimum 60%)

💰 Salary / Stipend
- MT (Civil/Law): ₹50,000 per month (training)
- JMT (Civil): ₹30,000 per month
- Office Assistant: ₹20,000 per month
After training, candidates will be absorbed into regular pay scales with additional benefits like DA, HRA, medical allowances, etc.
📝 Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Personal Interview / Skill Test
- Document Verification
- CBT consists of 200 MCQs (3 hours duration)
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Final merit based on CBT (80%) + Interview/Skill Test (20%)
